The meeting showcased operations, medical, and marketing advancements for 2008. Guest speaker Dr. Larry Richardson, President-Elect of the American Society for Bariatric Physicians, discussed valuable information about the cardiovascular risks associated with obesity. Another guest speaker, Dr. Jeannine Cobb, patient, owner, and physician of |medi| in Andover, Kansas, inspired and moved the audience with her story about how |medi| changed her life.
