Dr. Baltazar of our Middletown, Delaware clinic is an experienced, board certified physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has extensive knowledge relating to biomedical hormone replacement and considerable training in cosmetics. He performs office-based procedures such as tumescent liposuction, vein sclerotherapy, laser cosmetic surgery (including resurfacing and hair removal), and administration of Botox, Restylane, and mesotherapy. Additionally, he has excellent communication skills, speaking fluent Spanish.
Dr. Baltazar attended college at C. W. Post University in Long Island, New York. He received his medical degree from Des Moines University in 1991, and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Vincent Hospital in New York City. He obtained his board certification in Medical Management Services in 2002 from Johns Hopkins University.
Today, Dr. Baltazar manages a private practice in Middletown, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Women’s Health at the Kent County Community Center, in Dover.
