Lutz, Florida Location

Our Lutz clinic, located at 24420 State Road 54. The clinic is operated by Dr. Maddix. Dr. Maddix graduated from the University of Miami with her M.D. degree. She completed her residency in Anesthesiology at the University of South Florida and is an active member in the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, and the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.

Saturday appointments are available for initial patient consultations. Please call for details.
