Joseph N. Gabriel, M.D. Dr. Gabriel is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate degree from Beloit College and attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Gabriel moved to Columbia, South Carolina in 1999 where here completed his residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He has been in practice at South Carolina Internal Medicine Associates and Rehabilitation, LLC since 2002. Dr. Gabriel is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. His areas of expertise include diabetes management and the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
Surb S. Guram, M.D. Dr. Guram is originally from Columbia, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree and attended medical school at the University of South Carolina. He along with Dr. Levinson founded South Carolina Internal Medicine Associates and Rehabilitation, LLC in 1986. Dr. Guram is board certified in Internal Medicine. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
Benjamin J. Levinson, M.D. Dr. Levinson is originally from West Columbia, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree and attended medical school at the University of South Carolina. He along with Dr. Guram founded South Carolina Internal Medicine Associates and Rehabilitation, LLC in 1986. Dr. Levinson is board certified in Internal Medicine. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
David L. Kulbersh, M.D. Dr. Kulbersh received his B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Georgia and a doctorate of medicine from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his residency in OB/GYN at The University of Texas, Southwestern School of Medicine, and Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has been involved in the private practice of medicine in Columbia, South Carolina for the past 27 years.
Eva A. Imperial, M.D. Dr. Imperial received her B.S. degree in Biology from The South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina. After graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Dr. Imperial completed her family practice residency at Palmetto Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. She is board certified by the American Academy of Family Medicine.
