Dr. Kevin Hardmon is a Board Certified Family Practitioner with extensive experience in Bariatric (Weight Management) Medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science in Biology) from the Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, Missouri
He went on to obtain his Osteopathic Medical Degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine which is the oldest Osteopathic Medical School in the United States. He has lived and practiced medicine in the Gulf Coast Florida area for over 20 years.
He is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians & the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.
His approach to weight management emphasizes caloric cognition (Knowledge of caloric intake) in conjunction with exercise, Lifestyle & Behavior Modification in achieving and maintaining an acceptable body weight.
